Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our WhatsApp communication platform, scheduler, and REST API microservices.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your WhatsApp account, creating an account, or dispatching API calls to NextGen WhatsApp Gateway ("the Service"), operated by NextGen Multiverse Enterprises Private Limited, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
02. Strict Anti-Spam & Opt-In Policy
NextGen WhatsApp Gateway is built strictly for transactional alerts, opt-in reminders, appointment notifications, community group polls, and consensual business communications.
- Unsolicited Bulk Messaging Prohibited: You may NOT use this service to scrape phone numbers, send unsolicited promotional spam, or engage in mass unsolicited cold-outreach.
- User Opt-In Required: You represent and warrant that every recipient has explicitly consented to receive communications from your linked phone number.
- Automated Throttling: The platform implements automated pacing and rate-limiting buffers to enforce safe WhatsApp sending patterns and prevent abuse.
03. Account & Device Ownership
You are solely responsible for the activity conducted through your linked WhatsApp device session and API keys. You must maintain the security of your account credentials and immediately disconnect sessions or regenerate API keys if unauthorized access is suspected.
04. Service Availability & Multi-Device Limitations
The service operates as an independent socket bridge connecting to WhatsApp's Multi-Device infrastructure. While we strive for 99.9% platform availability:
- WhatsApp socket connections may occasionally be disconnected if the primary phone is unlinked via the WhatsApp mobile app or if WhatsApp conducts security re-authentications.
- NextGen Multiverse Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by network outages or third-party telecommunication restrictions.
05. Modifications to Service & Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, adjust rate limit tiers, or update these terms to reflect evolving legal and technical standards. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
