01. Zero-Retention & Ephemeral Transmission Guarantee
NextGen WhatsApp Communication Platform operates on a strict Ephemeral Zero-Retention Architecture. Unlike legacy messaging brokers that store message histories and chat archives on central servers, our gateway acts as a pass-through stateless socket controller.
🛡️ Zero Message Storage: Once your scheduled reminder, alert, or poll is dispatched via your linked WhatsApp socket, the raw text and payload are immediately wiped from memory. We do not store your chat logs.
Your messages travel directly from your authenticated WhatsApp Multi-Device session to WhatsApp's official end-to-end encrypted servers.
02. DPDP Act 2023 & PII Data Protection
In full accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023:
- Automatic PII Masking: All operational activity logs automatically mask recipient phone numbers (e.g.,
+91 98•••• ••10) so personal phone identifiers are never exposed. - Zero-Knowledge Privacy Mode: Users can select "Ephemeral Zero-Storage" or "User-Encrypted" privacy profiles directly in their account settings.
- Right to Erasure: You can disconnect your WhatsApp session or delete your account at any moment with 1 click, instantly erasing all local cryptographic auth tokens.
03. WhatsApp End-to-End Encryption
All message dispatches utilize the official WhatsApp Multi-Device protocol with Signal-protocol end-to-end encryption. Only the sender (your linked phone) and the recipient can read message contents. No intermediary—including NextGen Multiverse—can intercept or decrypt your transmissions.
04. Data We Process & Purpose
We process only the minimum metadata necessary to fulfill your dispatch instructions:
- Authentication Session Keys: Encrypted session tokens stored securely on your dedicated tenant container to maintain socket connectivity while your device is asleep.
- Scheduling Queues: Time triggers and recipient routing instructions until the scheduled execution timestamp is reached.
- Rate Limiting Telemetry: Anonymous request counters to enforce anti-spam protections and protect your WhatsApp number from automated ban thresholds.
